TO CELEBRATE THE TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF FLOC DE GASCOGNE AND THE LAUNCHING OF ITS NEW IDENTITY, THE INTERPROFESSIONNAL FLOC DE GASCOGNE COMMITTEE HAS GIVEN "CARTE BLANCHE" TO SANDRINE HOURÉ GRÉGOIRE.
Sanrine Houré Grégoire developed her barmaid talents in Paris at the Murano and the Edouard VII. This creator of flavors handles the shaker skillfully and invents original, fun cocktails with a preference for natural ingredients, using combinations based on fruit and vegetables. Her cocktails appeal to women because of their lightness and delicacy.
In the cocktail shaker, use a pestle to crush two slices of
kiwi and one slice of
cucumber.
Squeeze ½ a kumbawa and
½ a lime and add to
the shaker.
Add 4 tablespoons of
White Floc de Gascogne, 2 tablespoons of
lemon vodka and 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice
and shake vigorously.
Sieve and serve in a
cocktail glass.
